Irma Morgan Roberts of Hendersonville passed away July 23, 2018 at Life Care Center after an extended illness.  She was the daughter of the late Philip and Dora Case Morgan.  Irma was preceded in death by her husband Alfred E. Roberts, son Wayne, two sisters and one brother.

 

 

She was a lifelong resident of Henderson County and the oldest living member of Crossroads Baptist Church, loved the Lord and her family.  Irma was an avid fan of the Atlanta Braves.

 

 

She is survived by daughters Norma (Floyd) Pryor, Sandra (Jerry) Jarvis, Shirley (Jimmy) Mays, Cherry Mathews and daughter-in-law Margaret Morgan, twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

 

 

The family would like to thank the staff at Life Care Center for their loving care and attention while Irma was a resident there.

 

 

Graveside services will be at 11:00 on Monday, July 30 at Shepherd Memorial Park.

 

 

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105 or the charity of your choice.

 

 

Thos. Shepherd & Son Funeral Directors are in charge of the arrangements.
