Thos. Shepherd & Son has a tradition of honoring America’s veterans. In the late 1940’s, the Henderson County men killed in action during WWII arrived home via train and arrived at the Seventh Avenue station. William Shepherd arrived in the Army Surplus Jeep to meet the heroes.
We are proud to arrange an honorable service for our country’s veterans. We thank the men and women who have served America by offering custom military headstones, memorial burials, burial allowances, funerals with military honors, veterans memorials, flags given to the spouse or family, financial contributions to honorably discharged veterans, and can help arrange burial in a national cemetery.
